 Atty. Kapitzke is a dynamic and dedicated family law attorney whose passion for helping others is matched by her strong record of academic and professional achievement. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and an Associate’s degree in Legal Studies, all while excelling as a Division I athlete ( see her at bat below). Her time as a student-athlete instilled in her the values of perseverance, determination, teamwork, and respect. Qualities she carries into her legal practice today. 

Her professional journey began as a family law paralegal working alongside Atty. Sousa before transitioning into practice as an attorney. This foundation gave her a unique perspective on every stage of a client’s case and reinforced her belief in the importance of clear, consistent communication. She understands that family law matters often bring stress, uncertainty, and heightened emotions, and she approaches each case with empathy, compassion, and a steady hand.

 What truly sets Kendall apart is her ability to connect with clients. She takes the time to listen, explain, and build trust, ensuring that those she represents feel supported and understood.
