Custody and Child Support

When parentings are separating they may not always agree when it comes to their children and may need the court to make decisions regarding children under 18.  If there has been an acknowledgment of paternity then this is called a complaint for custody.  This will allow the court to set the terms such as legal and physical custody as well as child support if appropriate.
